Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Collectful app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Your content
What you add to Collectful (collections, items, details and photos) belongs to you. It's stored on your phone, and you're responsible for having the right to use any photos and text you add.
Using Collectful
You may use Collectful for personal use. Don't use it to break the law, or to interfere with the app or other people's use of it.
Keeping your data safe
Collectful keeps your data on your phone and doesn't back it up for you yet. If your phone is lost, reset or damaged, your data may be lost unless your phone's own backup includes it.
No warranty
Collectful is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Collectful. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms, for example when accounts launch, and will change the date above when we do. You can stop using Collectful at any time and delete your data from Settings.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer law. Questions: placeholder.
